Fran Chuán

Entrepreneur, author and speaker.

Through DícereGlobal (2004), he works with companies such as Airbus, Repsol, Thales, Gamesa, Celgene, Cimsa, Nem Solutions, Leroy Merlin, Amphos21, Ledesma, etc., in several countries, on three continents. He accompanies these organizations in the cultural transformation to obtain innovative results, towards an Culture of Innovation.

Through InnoQuotient (2011), an online platform based on the questionnaire developed by professors Rao & Weintraub in Babson – Boston, he diagnoses the maturity level, strengths and weaknesses of the organizational Culture, facing innovation, to create efficient action plans. More than 300 companies and more than 48.000 answers.

With all this data, and together with professor Rao, he carries out studies, publications and conferences on Innovation Cultures.

He is Innovation Advisor in 7 companies in 3 continents.

Author of The Discipline and Culture of Innovation (2013), with Professor Jay Rao, and Authenticity (2018).


His professional experience includes more than 25 years undertaking his job in technological environments and leading high performance teams in the management of technological projects and processes. Collaborated, nationally and internationally, in companies like Pyrénées Group, Bertelsmann Group, Spain and Portugal SAP, SAP Mexico, Spain CSC, ALTOS COMPUTERS (Germany, USA, Sweden), among others.

Professor of Strategy and Innovation in Babson College (Boston).
His research and consulting focus is in the areas of: Innovation Strategy – Culture of Innovation – Innovation Implementation and Scaling – Strategies for Innovation and Growth – Service Strategies and Customer Experience Innovation – Corporate Entrepreneurship.
Partner of Dícere, a consultancy specializing in innovation and people.
Co-author of “Innovation 2.0”, together with Fran Chuán.

Meritxell Tenas

Consulting Coordinator, responsible for metrics and Back-Office in DícereGlobal and InnoQuotient.

Her research and consulting areas are focused on: design, implementation and analysis of techniques based on the promotion of the Innovation Culture in organizations and the promotion of participation in groups and organizations.


Her professional experience started in the private sector developing her skills in the Administration Areas and later took on the role of Executive Assistant both in the private and public sector.

Anna LleonartAnna Lleonart

Responsable de Administración y, en Operaciones, responsable del diseño y desarrollo de la plataforma de InnoQuotient.

Su experiencia profesional se inició en el desarrollo de proyectos informáticos para empresas, para más tarde -y desde la fundación de Dícere- pasar a hacerse cargo de la Administración y de la organización interna de materiales y backoffice.

Titulada como Técnica especialista en Informática de Gestión.
Ha cursado Escritura creativa y Edición en “Aula de Lletres” y en la “Escuela de Escritura del Ateneo de Barcelona”.
En 1999 ganó el Premio Nostromo de literatura náutica con su novela “Mi marido, su velero y yo”.
