Through DícereGlobal (2004), he works with companies such as Airbus, Repsol, Thales, Gamesa, Celgene, Cimsa, Nem Solutions, Leroy Merlin, Amphos21, Ledesma, etc., in several countries, on three continents. He accompanies these organizations in the cultural transformation to obtain innovative results, towards an Culture of Innovation.
Through InnoQuotient (2011), an online platform based on the questionnaire developed by professors Rao & Weintraub in Babson – Boston, he diagnoses the maturity level, strengths and weaknesses of the organizational Culture, facing innovation, to create efficient action plans. More than 300 companies and more than 48.000 answers.
With all this data, and together with professor Rao, he carries out studies, publications and conferences on Innovation Cultures.
He is Innovation Advisor in 7 companies in 3 continents.

His professional experience includes more than 25 years undertaking his job in technological environments and leading high performance teams in the management of technological projects and processes. Collaborated, nationally and internationally, in companies like Pyrénées Group, Bertelsmann Group, Spain and Portugal SAP, SAP Mexico, Spain CSC, ALTOS COMPUTERS (Germany, USA, Sweden), among others.
